Out with the old and in with the new and whats HOT is COLOR Hair Extensions! Not just any color either, it has to be "popping"! Bright funky colors that will turn heads. Nothing crazy or over dramatic. Just a splash of color.
The cool thing about getting color nowadays is you don't have to bleach and over process your hair. It doesn't have to be permanent. If you think colored hair isn't permanent then your wrong!
Trust me, I have tried it and once you bleach anything and put darker color over it, it is never the same. Let the blonde's have the bleach! I recommend bleach being used on your hair to lighten it only.
Feathers were Spring 2011 and now that its summer COLOR is the new thing. Dark aqua colors are sexy and for dark haired girls there is highlighted pieces. Just think, you can add highlights without the damage.
We at The Beauty Box Salon have been carring them for awhile now and if you have noticed the runway lately its the "in thing". And not everyone is wearing them like the feather extensions. Now don't get me wrong the feather extensions are cute and exotic looking but everyone has them now!
So if you want to try something new that isn't all over the place try a few colored pieces or better yet, go subtle and add a few natural looking highlights.
